How to Support a Flourishing Rental Housing Sector 
Economic Development Division Webinar Series
October 30, 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm PST


The lack of purpose-built, affordable rental housing is a growing concern in many communities. A recent study found there's a shortage of such housing now, and the situation will worsen without concerted action soon. Hear how the City of New Westminster has responded to this challenge through its Secured Market Rental Housing Policy. As well, we'll hear from a developer about the opportunities and obstacles when working to build new rental housing in B.C.
