Whether you are an existing user of BC BusinessCounts/ExecutivePulse, or a new potential user, you need to attend this webinar.  So much has changed since the original launch of BC BusinessCounts six years ago.  The program has adapted so that it is easier to use and new enhancements have been made for you to use as part of your Business Retention and Expansion Program.  BCEDA is also making a significant change that will impact every licensed user of the program.   See Number 14 Below for more information.


Here are just some of the enhancements in the past year:

Email Campaign Module (add on module)

Streamlined Navigation – From the new gadget available to everyone you can edit, delete, copy, etc with one click.

Enhanced Reporting

Survey Builder Module (add on module) – this feature is similar to a Survey Monkey type program that allows you to build your own surveys with the system and links responses to client companies and contacts with the system

Resource Module - This exciting module is available to everyone and BCEDA will be working on a resource guide that you can print right from the system. For example:  Show all business financing programs available in your community.

Enhanced User Preferences Feature

Cloning Feature – you can easily copy information from one contact or user to another.

Dynamic Data Importer – we have been importing business licenses right in to the system for many communities since the recent wildfires in BC.  You can do this or we can and then when the next disaster happens you can now communicate with your businesses from wherever you may be evacuated to.

Sharing Power Search Feature – now you can share the reports you set up and save with other users in your system

New Custom Reports – We are now offering Custom Reports in a new, nicely formatted booklet view—complete with your system logo, modern, graphical looks and—in many instances—a table of contents highlighting the interaction you have had with companies and contacts.

Outlook Add-In Module (add-on module)

YOUR OWN SYSTEM:  Over the next couple of months we will be breaking licensed users out of the main system in to your own unique one.  This allows greater flexibility for you to design your own surveys and more.  You will no longer be required to use the same survey as everyone else and you will have the flexibility to design one that meets your specific needs.
