Offer a Partner Discount to BCEDA Members

Are you interested in showcasing your services to economic development professionals across British Columbia while strengthening your organization’s brand?

By offering an exclusive Partner Discount to BCEDA members, you gain direct access to a highly engaged audience of local and First Nation government leaders, economic developers, and community organizations. If your products or services support economic development, community growth, or economic reconciliation, we would welcome the opportunity to explore a partnership with you.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in BCEDA’s Partner Discount Program, partners must meet the following criteria:

Active Partnership: Partners must hold a minimum Silver Partnership and be in good standing. Partnership renewals must be completed by January 31 each year to maintain access to program benefits.
Alignment with BCEDA’s Code of Ethics: Partners must agree to uphold BCEDA’s Code of Ethics and demonstrate a commitment to supporting communities across British Columbia.
Demonstrated Value: Partner discounts must provide meaningful and unique value to BCEDA members, such as financial savings or specialized non-financial benefits that are not widely accessible elsewhere.
Referral Fee Agreement: If a BCEDA member contacts a partner through a BCEDA referral and proceeds with services, the partner may be asked to agree to BCEDA’s referral fee structure. For current referral requirements, please contact ceo@bceda.ca. Where applicable, revenue-sharing payments must be settled within 90 days of the end of the fiscal year.
Promotional Materials: Partners must provide marketing-ready content, including graphics and/or video, for use in promotions.
Program Delivery & Support: Partners are responsible for administering their own discount program and providing customer support to participating members. For service types of programs (ie: Website development, data services, etc) BCEDA will collect the leads and forward them as we get them.
Engagement & Participation: Partners are encouraged to actively participate in BCEDA events, including the virtual and in-person BC Economic Summit and other professional development opportunities.

In addition to the benefits included in your partnership tier (e.g., Gold Partner benefits), partners who offer a member discount may also receive:

Dedicated Email Promotion to BCEDA members highlighting your discount (may be combined with BCEDA news or updates)
Featured Listing on BCEDA’s Partner Discounts & Perks webpage
Monthly Exposure in BCEDA’s member e-newsletter under “Partner Discounts”
